Bizarre Star Wars Japanese Commercial

Here's my random YouTube clip of the day. Even back in the 70s the Japanese had the weirdest fucking commercials. However, I love them so much for randomness and unpredictability. Did I mention that it was weird?

Christina Aguilera is Hot, but This Movie is Not.

Musicals aren't my favorite type of genre. I don't know why, but I have never been a big fan of them at all. I can't give you a legitimate reason on why, but I just do. I got dragged into Burlesque and I was just bored as hell throughout the two long hours of unforgettable music.

The plot is super familiar as Christina Aguilera plays a small town girls who moves to L.A. and finds her place at a burlesque club run by a former dancer (Cher). Any cliché you can think of is in this movie. Christina Aguilera can sing her heart out, but sometimes her acting is unbearable.

Her character was also a little uneven and she had very little depth. Although she was really hot in this movie. Seeing her half naked throughout the movie was a plus, but that's the only good thing about it. I really couldn't care about any of these cardboard characters. By the end of the film I really didn't give a fuck if Cher lost the Burlesque or not.

This is a musical so at least the musical numbers were good, right? To be honest I couldn't remember any kind of memorable song at all. The musical numbers could barely hold my interest at all. The settings and costume designs were nice, but none of the songs left any kind of impression on me at all.

At the end of the day it's just another forgettable musical. Maybe if it had some nudity I could have given it some slack, but it doesn't, so whatever. 2 out of 5.

P.S. Forgive me for the awful title.
